This mezcal is made of maguey espadín.
At the end of the distillation process it is ready to be bottled and consumed.
Mezcal Reposado
This mezcal is made of maguey espadín. After the distillation process is finished, it is left to rest in white oak barrels for 3 months up to a year.
Mezcal Añejo
This mezcal is made of maguey espadín. After the distillation process is finished, it is left to rest in white oak barrels for at least a year if not many more.
Mezcal Tobalá
This mezcal is of a “joven” type, made from wild maguey Tobalá.
It has its own unique characteristics and flavors of this maguey.
Mezcal de Gusano
This mezcal is of a “joven” type of maguey espadín. At the end of the distillation process maguey worms are added.
This makes the distinctive flavor of the “espadín joven” change to the characteristic flavors of the maguey worm.
